Copyright - Plans, drawings and material submitted to the Council are protected by the copyright acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
It is the Council's intention to delete all personal information contact information (for example personal e mail addresses or private telephone numbers) and private signatures from publication. This approach does not include contact details and signatures for people acting in a business capacity in relation to any application. If for any reason you encounter personal details for private individuals, whether applicants or third parties which should be deleted please notifiy the Council at
Development Services quoting the application reference and details of the document concerned.
